I did not give them permission to charge me or help me find cheaper things or anything they claim to offer Spoke to a person on the phone never gave them any details We live in LA for ten months of the year and in South Africa for two months got our statements there are twenty two charges from TLG shopper, budget savers TLG great, also WC budget savers there are four chargers from them. I would never ask them for help I am soo angry as in our SA rands it costs a fortune soo sad as now I shall never buy online things in the states again What can be done about this somehow this has to stop thankyou soo much for allowing me to get this off my chest

I was able to get all of my money back. I called them and told them I was not made aware that I signed up with them when I signed up with Great Fun as part of Spirit Air advertising. I cancelled my membership with Great Fun before the first month was over and had I known that I was also signed up with TLG Shopper I would have cancelled it at the same time. I told them this fraudulent because they are charging me for services I never was made aware that I signed up for and service that I never used. I said I will report them and that there are many people online who got charged and didn't know it as well. I told them They need to refund my money or I will report this to the FTC. So the rep said she needed to escalate this call to her supervisor. I said the exact same thing to her supervisor and the supervisor had the authority to refund all of my money back. Good luck.

I did the same thing as above and hopefully I will get all my money refunded. Just called them today 5.19.17. I also threatened to report them and to dispute the charges with my bank and file a fraudulent dispute with my bank. That's when they transferred me to a supervisor to get my account cancelled and my money back.

I was charged 9.99 by this company I have never heard of. It was charged on dec 2 of 2016, I simply cannot afford to be charged randomly like this

I have 2 transactions pending on my acct. I would like to know who gave whoever this company is my account info. I do not appreciate it and I would like for it to stop now.

TLG shopper on my credit card statement - AGAIN! When I call my credit card company to block this company for the $16.99 charge (most recently on December 2, 2016), they say they can reverse the charge for this month, but the transaction is from a different vendor each time although it always says TLG shopper so it can not be permanently blocked. Obviously this is a scam. I called the number on the transaction history on my credit card. They claimed to be part of some shopper's advantage that gives the user better deals on hotels. What?! Anyway, when I got through, they found the account form the number on my credit card statement, and cancelled the service. I hope his helps someone in a similar situation.

Where did you find the phone number attached to the charges? I contacted my bank today and they did the same actions; blocked future charges and will refund me for the past 90 days of these charges. But I'm afraid of those future charges from different "tlgshopper" accounts you are referring to and would like to contact them directly to avoid this! Thanks for your comment!

I realized I had a 16.99 TLG Shopper charge on my credit card. I called and they said it was my membership to Shopper's Advantage. I NEVER signed up for this and they could not tell me what service I received or product. The best they could do was offer that "maybe" I purchased tickets online to a show and was offered this membership. I haven't bought tickets through Ticketmaster for at least 3 year. When i googled Shoppers Advantage re canceling the "membership" a Ticketmaster home page came up explaining how to do so.
I went back to all of my credit card statements and realized that I have been receiving this charged as far back as December of 2015. STUPID ME for not being more thorough!!
Anyway, I think that we should all get together and get an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against TLG Shoppers Advantage for these erroneous charges!

I signed up for great fun and cancelled in 7 days and I didn't pay attention because I buy on line small things I thought it's my purchase .TLG is charging me since Jan 2015. I know I don't have any memberships. Yes they used my credit car without my permission . That's a fraud and they are aware that people can't do anything about it. If someone knows the ways please let's do something about it!

I was offered a service from Super 8 Hotel in 2014 which I accepted and then immediately canceled. I now realize that this offer included another offer that they didn't mention which I'd ALSO have to cancel, but only just found this out 2 years later.

This is a deliberate scam and there needs to be a lawsuit.

I noticed on my bank account report that you guys took 16.99 out of my account.
I have not clue what that is for, but i would like my money back and whatever kind of company this is my name to be gone from it. Like i said i dont know what this is. So if you could please refund my money back.

Charge of $1.00 1/23/17 and a charge of $1.00 for Every Day something. I DID authorize Everyday Shopper as Thfity was Offering a $50 rebate on a rental. I intended to cancel as soon as the rebate came thru . Suspect these were connected
