I did not give them permission to charge me or help me find cheaper things or anything they claim to offer Spoke to a person on the phone never gave them any details We live in LA for ten months of the year and in South Africa for two months got our statements there are twenty two charges from TLG shopper, budget savers TLG great, also WC budget savers there are four chargers from them. I would never ask them for help I am soo angry as in our SA rands it costs a fortune soo sad as now I shall never buy online things in the states again What can be done about this somehow this has to stop thankyou soo much for allowing me to get this off my chest

On August 23, 2016 I was charged by TLG shopper twice for 16.99. I have never once used this website to purchase anything. I demand a full refund. The card that got charged is a card with no money so I got put in the hole. I did not authorize this.

I found a charge to day of 16.99 as well! I called and found out that it was from when I used my credit card to book a Wyndham Hotel room, I cancelled that "rewards" program 2 days after I was bullied into signing up. I got a membership card in the mail, called again and was told my membership was cancelled... months later I find this charge! I called and was told there were no refunds, but they gave me a confirmation code to cancel for the future. After much venting to the poor women that answered the phone I did get a refund. Shady company!!!!!

I am not sure when the transaction took place and I have to say shame on me for not paying attention. This company scammed me for $400.000 and the best they said they would do is give me 4 months of charges. When i asked to talk to someone with higher authority they put me on hold and never answered my call
