Was charged $39.95 of which I didn't realize. Was told that I would get one free month starting 9/18/2016 to 10/11-2016 from score sense and that I would be refunded! So I got the email stating that my refund has been approved! Checked my bank balance and as for the free month I got charged. With everything I always make sure to read through things carefully.

I never authorized them to charge me any thing. They never mentioned membership fee either. They first charged me $1. Then 5 days later 39.99. When I called Chase saying that I want to dispute it, I was giving a number an automated number that keeps saying "Good bye" when I tried to reach a live person. Question, why would banks let this company charge their customers if they know it is illegitimate? Does it make you think if bank is involved in this rip off?
