I received a charge of 21.00 from Netflix 866-716-0414 ON,
I don't have a netflix account, I never asked for one, I don't watch netflix. Called Netflix, but not from number on my CC. I looked them up via google.
I spoke to the nice lady, she reversed the charge, she did admit whomever started the Account was NOT my last name, it was a totally different last name. I asked doesnt netflix ask for ADDRESS to match the Card Address? she said no, just the number is needed to start the account. If you ask me that is outrageous, irrisponsible of Netflix to have such a loose system. Makes me think if they don't do it themselves internal SCAMMS. Imagine millions and millions of "subscriptions" and 10% of the population doesn't notice it on their statements for whatever reason...be AWARE
